1 egg yolk, 4 egg whites
180g 细沙糖 (my mum said too sweet actually)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
100g 面粉
200g almond flakes
50 g butter
steps:
1. 4 egg whites and 1 egg yolk add in sugar & vanilla use hand mixer mix well
2. add in flour (过筛), mix well
3. add in butter mix well
4. add in almond flakes
5. put into fridge for at least 30 min
6. after that take 1 teaspoon of almond mixture put on the baking paper
