晚餐 23.10.2010

蒜米炒马铃薯

材料:
马铃薯2粒和蒜米(可视个人要吃多少),适量的糖。

做法:
  1. 热锅放油,放入马铃薯和炒熟(我喜爱吃比较焦的就煮久一点)。
  2. 洒入适量的糖(一定要溶解完哦)。
  3. 然后把蒜米倒入一起爆香。
  4. 完成。

ps+心得:
  1. 老公嫌煮太久,太焦
  2. 还没结婚时,有妈妈煮给我吃,现在要吃就得自己煮啦



洋葱煎蛋

材料:
洋葱两大粒和鸡蛋3粒(可视个人要吃多少),少许的盐和酱油。

做法:
  1. 热锅放油,先放入洋葱炒一炒,把蛋打散加入,加入少许的盐。(洋葱不要炒太久,炒太久会软软不脆了)
  2. 适当的翻转鸡蛋,有点焦的颜色就可以上盘了。
  3. 最后倒一点点酱油在上面,完成。

蚝油炒芥兰

原料:

芥兰菜300公克、蚝油1小匙、鲜鸡粉1小匙、糖1/3小匙、酱油膏1/3小匙、太白粉1小匙、高汤110㏄。

制法:

1.将芥兰菜洗净后切段,汆烫后捞起冲冷水,以保持鲜绿色,放凉备用。

2.将所有调味料放入锅中煮开,等浓稠时熄火盛起,即为蚝油芡。

3.将芥兰菜炒熟,淋上蚝油芡即可

今天的晚餐都很健康^^

ps+心得
1. 调味料只用了蒜米,蚝油,玉蜀黍粉和清水。

虾仁蒸日本豆腐

原料:

虾仁、日本豆腐。

做法:

1、虾仁剥壳后用糖,盐,胡椒粉腌30分钟,然后加入蛋黄和玉蜀黍粉上浆备用;

2、日本豆腐切段,用牙签在豆腐上面刺插几下,撒些盐好入味,放上虾仁;

3、水开放到蒸锅里蒸5分钟;

4、锅热放油,放入蒸豆腐的汁水,调好味,勾薄芡;

5、淋到蒸好的豆腐上,即成。

健康又营养^^

ps+心得:
  1. 把现有的金针菇一起摆放下去,也是很好味道。
  2. 做好后洒点青葱好好看。

蓝莓冰淇淋芝士蛋糕 Blueberry Ice-Cream Cheese Cake

饼底A:
125gm 饼干 (Marie/Oreo/消化饼)打成粉
70 gm 牛油 (溶解)

雪糕:
200gm cream cheese
50gm castor sugar
100gm blueberry
500ml vanilla ice-cream

做法:
  1. 饼干粉和牛油混合起来。
  2. 拿一个7"的盘,盘底最好是活动的。
  3. 把混合好的粉团A用手压在于盘底。
  4. 然后放在冰箱下层。
  5. 把cream cheese和castor sugar用四号打至均匀。
  6. 再把blueberry和vanilla ice-cream混合.....然后放在搅拌好的(5)内打滑。
  7. 然后倒入于之前的盘里,放在冰箱上层(冰冻部)。
  8. 隔天再吃....

第一次买cream cheese...还用了果酱代替真的水果>.<
蓝莓冰淇淋芝士蛋糕
(蛋糕自己也忍不住流口水。。。要溶了)

p/s+心得:
  1. 饼干只是压碎,还不够粉;后悔买便宜果酱,感觉都是香精味,可能都是糖精,所以蛋糕很甜。
  2. 用了9"的盘,如果可以最好就是用和盘底分开的圆筒形盘身。
  3. cream cheese蛮好用的,盒子里面还有其他cheese cake的做法。
  4. 这次蛋糕没有cheese味,可是会腻,应该是被果酱味盖掉了。下次要改用真的水果,要换草莓啦

无聊的夜晚16.10

老公不在的夜晚,感觉好无聊。。。。
虽然在电脑前很忙碌,其中一个window还是baking life,可是就是无趣呀。。。。
天公也不作美,这几天的天气热透了。。。。
我也不晓得想写什么。。。。无奈。。。

Blueberry Ice-Cream Cheese Cake

(A):
125 g 饼干 (打成粉) marie or oreo or 消化饼
70 g butter (melted)

(B):
200 g cream cheese
50 g castor sugar
100 g blueberry
500 ml vanila ice-cream

method:
1.饼干粉+butter mix起来
2.拿一个7"tin底最好是活动的
3.把 method 1 的粉团用手压在于tin底
4.然后放在冰箱下层
5.cream cheese+castor sugar 用四号打至均匀
6.blueberry + vanila ice-cream mix.....然后放在method 5 内打滑就ok
7.然后倒入于刚才的tin里,放在冰箱上层
8.隔天在吃....

How to Make Ice Cream Cheesecake

This Ice Cream Cheesecake with a brownie crust is absolutely to die for. My mom always made this for birthday's and other special occasions and now I love making it too. This is a very easy cake to make that is elegant and seems like it took a lot more effort than it really does. It is SO much easier than attempting to make an actual Cheesecake and this recipe is pretty hard to mess up. I think anyone could make this ice cream dessert successfully.


Things You'll Need:
bag of brownie mix (amount for an 8x8 inch pan)
8 oz cream cheese
1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream
8 or 9 inch spring form pan


Instructions
1. Set the Cream Cheese on the counter to soften. It takes more time to soften than the ice cream.
2. Meanwhile, grease bottom of your springform pan and prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spread the brownie batter in the bottom of your springform pan and bake according to package directions...about 25 minutes.
3. When brownie crust is done cooking, remove from oven and place on a cooling rack. Allow the brownie crust to cool completely before proceeding to make your ice cream cheesecake. This is the most important step!
4. After brownie has cooled completely, about 15 minutes before putting together the rest of your ice cream cheesecake, put your ice cream on the counter to soften.
5. Place the entire contents of both the cream cheese and the ice cream into your electric kitchen mixer or a large bowl, and beat them together completely. (you don't have to use an electric mixer but it's a lot faster and easier).
6. Pour the ice cream cheesecake filling over your brownie crust and spread out evenly with a spatula. At this point, you could swirl in some chocolate sauce or another filling/topping of choice but it's great without the extras.
7. Cover with seran wrap and tin foil and place on a level surface in the freezer overnight, or at least several hours to completely set.


Tips & Warnings


1. When serving, you can drizzle the top with chocolate sauce or strawberry sauce.
2. My mom has also made it with oreo crumbs. While pouring the mixture into the pan, she would make pockets and fill them with oreo crumbs. You can also sprinkle a layer of oreo crumbs over the top before freezing.
3. You can switch it up by using different kinds of ice cream, such as strawberry, chocolate or whatever you think will taste good mixed with cream cheese.
4. Take out of freezer and let set a couple minutes before serving to soften the ice cream cheesecake, this will make it easier to cut and serve.
5. Plan ahead so you have enough time for the cake to set and refreeze. It's best to make this cake the day before you need it.
6. Make sure you let the brownie cool completely before making the ice cream filling.

要吐就快!

有件事闷了很久,不吐不快。。。

话说结婚后某房的女亲戚见到我就问几时生小孩,是时候生小孩了。。。
我笑笑答说看咯,顺其自然咯。。。
有时候为了不要被问起这个问题,我都避免到她有出现的地方。。。

适逢最近一次的佳节碰上了,听闻家长做红酒是因为我有了>.< (家长每逢过年前都有做红酒的习惯)。。。
问说没有吃药,怎么会没有好孕到呢,是不是子宫有问题(拜托,世上不是只有避孕药可以避孕的好不好!请不要胡乱猜测我的身体有问题)。。。
在家长面前我可以要回答什么?只能用拖字诀。。。

我想说的是,肚子是我的,能不能不要鸡婆管我几时生?
小孩生下来,是我们负责带养,你们会support吗?
就算高龄产妇也是我的事,更何况我身边的高龄产妇也好好的把宝宝生下来了,大小都平安...
